On May 10, 2025, Li Changping, Secretary of the Liaocheng Municipal Party Committee, visited Liaocheng Shenhui Laser Equipment Co., Ltd. for research and in-depth investigation of the production process, technological innovation, and market application of the company's laser equipment. 1. Strengthen the precise investment attraction of the industrial chain

-Fully leverage Liaocheng's industrial foundation advantages in the field of laser equipment, target global leading enterprises in the laser industry and "specialized, refined, unique, and new" leading enterprises, tailor investment strategies, and promote the landing of key projects.   

-We will focus on introducing high-quality enterprises with core technologies (such as high-power lasers, precision optical systems) and global market channels to strengthen the shortcomings of the local industrial chain.

2. Deepen innovation driven development

-Encourage enterprises to increase their R&D investment and develop high-end customized products (such as industrial grade ultrafast laser equipment and medical beauty laser equipment) for differentiated market demands in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and other regions.   

-Through the collaborative mechanism of "industry university research application", universities and research institutes jointly tackle "bottleneck" technologies, improve patent conversion rates, and enhance product added value.

3. Accelerate internationalization layout

-Support enterprises to participate in the formulation of international standards, obtain CE, FDA and other certifications, and expand the markets along the "the Belt and Road".   

-By leveraging new models such as cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouses, we aim to build a global marketing network and establish the international brand of "Liaocheng Intelligent Manufacturing".

Li Changping emphasized that the Municipal Party Committee and Government will optimize the business environment, provide comprehensive support in talent introduction, financing services, policy support, and other aspects, and promote the laser industry to become a new growth pole for high-end equipment manufacturing in Liaocheng.
