CO2 Laser Cutting Engravign Machine
At the heart of the CO2 Laser Cutting Machine 570 is a sealed CO2 glass laser tube. The laser tube is filled with a mixed gas of CO2, nitrogen, and helium. When energized, the CO2 molecules undergo transitions between vibrational and rotational energy levels, generating infrared laser light with a wavelength of 10.6 microns.
The laser beam is transmitted through an optical path system composed of reflective mirrors and a focusing lens. The reflective mirrors guide the laser beam to the laser head, where the focusing lens converges the beam into a tiny spot with extremely high energy density. When this spot hits the surface of the material, it instantly melts or vaporizes the material. At the same time, the precision motion system drives the laser head or the worktable to move according to the pre-programmed path, achieving non-contact cutting or engraving of the material. The waste generated during processing is quickly removed by the exhaust system, ensuring a clean working environment.
